Counseling

Individual Counseling- $115/45 minutes

Couples/Marriage Counseling- $140/45 minutes

​

Family Counseling- $165/45 minutes

​

These rates apply in person, online and over the phone.

Insurance

As an out of network provider, we do not bill insurance companies directly. Upon request, we will provide a monthly receipt, called a superbill, for you to submit to your insurance company. Your counseling services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, medical spending or health care savings accounts.  Health insurance plans and benefits vary. The first step you can take is to call your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network counseling services. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• What is the process for reimbursement if I receive services from an out of network therapist?

Payment 

We accept all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due before services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your session, you must cancel 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session amount.
